Find Grand Inquisitor Isillien's Journal in Hearthglen.
Kill Large Vile Slime and loot Timolain's Phylactery.

Best Demon Hunter Wow
Ever since I started legion (roughly 2 weeks after launch) I've done the twisted nether demon boss in the demon hunter class hall almost every day with the exception of maybe 5 days.
I've still to receive the hidden artifact skin and it's starting to get a bit ridiculous. Didn't they change all the other rng based skins to be guaranteed drop chance such as the water world bosses for shaman skin etc.?
I get you have more opportunities (once daily instead of a 1/3 or 1/4 chance that the world boss is water or whatever.
Anyone have an idea what the drop chance is or is there something specific I need to do to get it to drop? I've tried both specs multiple times and still nothing.
